Terms of service
The practical rules for using RoundCut to process and publish gameplay content.
Effective 3 August 2026 • Pre-launch review draft
RoundCut only renders and publishes media you submit and approve. You are responsible for rights, claims, metadata, and platform compliance.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and keep your login and connected-platform access secure. Do not share a workspace in a way that bypasses plan limits.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant RoundCut the limited rights needed to store, analyze, transform, and transmit it at your direction. You must have rights to gameplay footage, audio, overlays, logos, captions, and other uploaded material.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content.
- No attempts to bypass platform limits, audits, security controls, quotas, or rate limits.
- No use of RoundCut to impersonate creators or publish without account-holder permission.
Subscriptions
Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it; you are billed monthly when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends. One trial per account. Paid plans renew through Stripe until canceled. Plan limits apply server-side. Failed or canceled subscriptions can pause new processing while preserving access required to export or delete data for a reasonable period.
Platform dependencies
YouTube and TikTok can reject, moderate, delay, or remove posts and can change APIs or approval status. RoundCut will surface known failures but cannot guarantee third-party availability or reach.
Service and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care, but automated candidate rankings can be wrong and drafts require review. Production counsel should finalize governing law, warranty, liability cap, refund, and dispute clauses before accepting paid customers.
