Delete your RoundCut data

Disconnect platforms immediately or remove the entire workspace through one scoped deletion request.

Expected completion: within 30 days

Deletion is permanent.

Download anything you need first. Deleted source media, renders, review evidence, and project metadata cannot be restored.

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Data & Privacy.
  2. Select Request data deletion and complete recent-authentication confirmation.
  3. Review the scope, download exports if needed, then confirm the request.
  4. RoundCut immediately revokes local publishing access and queues deletion. A completion email is sent when the job finishes.

What is removed

  • Raw VODs, extracted frames/audio, contact sheets, previews, and final renders.
  • Projects, candidates, edit specifications, schedules, attempts, and usage events.
  • Encrypted YouTube/TikTok tokens and connected-account metadata.
  • Profile and workspace records after required billing/security retention ends.

Platform-side data

Disconnecting deletes RoundCut credentials and attempts provider revocation. Videos already published to YouTube or TikTok must be removed in those platforms; account deletion does not delete third-party posts automatically.

Cannot sign in?

Use the support address published with the production domain. We will verify account ownership before accepting an off-platform request. Never send passwords or platform tokens.
